About Apartment

Kunal Aspiree Baner stands as an esteemed project by renowned Kunal Builders Pune, known for its notable developments such as Kunal Canary in Balewadi. These three-bedroom apartments are meticulously designed, featuring spacious living areas and expansive balconies. Similar to other upscale projects, a range of amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, senior citizen garden, dedicated kid's play area, and an amphitheater are provided.

Strategically positioned in Balewadi, the project offers convenient access to the upcoming Metro and a new bridge connecting Balewadi to Wakad over the river. The locality boasts various educational institutions, healthcare facilities including Jupitar and Vita Life, and the bustling Balewadi High Street, home to numerous shopping outlets and restaurants. Additionally, the area hosts commercial office spaces like WeWork and Smart Works, along with several IT companies' establishments in close proximity.

Interior Project

Vinit and Priyanka purchased their apartment in 2019 and have been residing in Balewadi for the past few years, as Vinit works with a prominent IT company in the same area. Given their connection to Balewadi, they conducted an extensive search for their ideal home within the locality. About six months before taking possession of the property, they initiated a quest for the best interior designers and design companies in Balewadi, Pune. The couple explored numerous studios from various companies, consulted individual practitioners in Pune, visited ongoing projects, and ultimately chose to collaborate with the decorMyPlace team as their interior partners. Their decision was influenced by visits to our gallery, ongoing projects, conversations with clients, and a strong belief in our team's dedicated and professional approach to interior design. The passion and commitment demonstrated by decorMyPlace played a crucial role in securing this client. Mrs. Shukla emphasized certain key parameters in their selection process, such as the premium quality of materials, the concept of bulk buying discounts, and the importance of a nearby team with a long-duration warranty, stemming from their previous project's maintenance challenges. Another essential criterion was the team's capability to handle civil work, particularly for transforming a bathroom into a Pooja room as per Vaastu principles. This involved tasks like demolition and plumbing. Additional civil work included demolishing the existing kitchen platform and constructing a new one using modern countertop materials like quartz or premium tiles. The family also sought the installation of dado tiles. Further civil work extended to the utility area to create dedicated spaces for a washing machine, dishwasher, sink fitting, and a water drain unit.

The family's expectations extended to impressive false ceiling designs in the living room, aiming for a variety of lighting options such as focus lighting, ambient lighting, functional lighting, and mood lighting. This setup would allow them to utilize different lighting styles during functions or parties to entertain guests. In the kids' room, the family desired bunk bed designs, and for this, they specifically looked for a professional with expertise in this area. The project scope also encompassed decorating the balcony, including small landscaping, outdoor furniture, and a mini-garden. For the balcony roof, PVC false ceiling and hue lights were suggested to create a cozy ambiance. Given the family's love for barbecues, a dedicated space for a barbecue station was incorporated into the balcony design, considering wind flow. In the living room, a premium finish was achieved by incorporating bronze mirror paneling in a diamond shape. Multiple mirrors were cut into diamond shapes and affixed to the paneling to create an illusion of depth, especially near the dining table. To further enhance the TV unit console, a decision was made to add a Corian/solid surface layer, ensuring a seamless appearance without any visible black lines from laminates.
